Stallant Health is currently seeking a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our compassionate team in Weimar, CA. As an LCSW, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive mental health services to our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine patients' mental health needs.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patients' unique circumstances and goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
• Offer crisis intervention and support to patients in distress.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families, promoting understanding and coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Valid and current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  
• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health services, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Empathy, compassion, and the ability to establish rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
