Umpqua Health is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our mental and behavioral health team. The LCSW will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with a variety of mental, emotional, behavioral, and developmental disorders and addictions. This position requires a deep understanding of psychosocial functioning and the ability to administer and interpret relevant tests and measures.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose a wide range of mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on thorough assessments.
• Collaborate with team managers, agencies, and patient relatives to ensure adherence to treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention, short-term and long-term psychotherapy, and psychotherapeutic treatment to patients.
• Exhibit awareness and sensitivity towards cultural and socioeconomic diversity in patient care.
• Maintain punctuality in patient appointments with meticulous documentation and charting practices.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, clinical staff, and community organizations to enhance patient care.
• Demonstrate emotional resilience and stability when working with patients in crisis situations.
• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, including compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid and unrestricted Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW).
• Proven clinical work experience in a social service or healthcare setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong ability to empathize and maintain professionalism with patients in various emotional states.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and familiar with electronic health record systems.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to social work and mental health services.
