The workload is about 50/50 between the two. Shift is 8-5 with hour lunch Mon-Fri. We serve the hospital on Saturdays and all the therapists share that responsibility, so there would be 1 and at most 2 Saturday per month with time off during the week. We would like to have this traveler start asap Additional Information:OVERTIME & BILLING RULES: Billing Cycle is weekly. Any missed meals and breaks must be pre-approved by Supervisor prior to missing and will be paid with proof of approval. Overtime Policy: The overtime rate for any hours worked in excess of 40 hours/week shall be billable at the Regular Hourly Rate plus $10/hr. The holiday rate shall be defined as the Regular Hourly Rate plus $10/hr. The on-call rate shall be defined in the Job Posting. Note: For any 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, the Agency is to invoice MMH the All-Inclusive Rate for the entire shift. There is no elevated billing allowed for hours 9, 10, 11 & 12. Housing can be somewhat difficult to find. The facility prefers credentialing be sent in one batch.
