    Qualifications:

    • Active NY PT License
    • Hands on CPR certification
    • Current TB/PPD

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Provide services that help improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from diseases or injuries.
    • Record patient responses to treatments and reports outcomes of treatment through proper documentation
    • Establishing relationships with your patients to keep them engaged and positive about their treatment
    • Provide guidance to family members and home health aides
    • Conducting yourself in a kind, courteous and professional manner to all patients, family members, home health aides, and anyone else involved in caring for the patient
    • Keeping a positive, teamwork approach
