We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 150 miles of our hospital. 3) 2 days unbilled orientation (around 16 hrs) 4) We re a no tobacco facility (travelers are not tested) 5) Visible tattoos are permitted (with the exception of placement on the face, head, neck, and large tattoos on the hand). Earrings and small nose rings/studs may be worn. If hair color is changed, it should be well maintained. 6) Facial hair should be neatly groomed and well-maintained. Where N95 masks are required, travelers w/ beards must wear a CPAPR to create a proper seal and ensure airborne protection.
