Countryside Health Care of Milford currently has LPN positions available on all 3 shifts but has a great need for 3-11 and 11-7. We are looking for dynamic, team oriented LPN's who enjoy working with a variety of patients to assist them with obtaining optimum function either within the LTC setting or to assist them with their successful return to home from our active Rehabilitation Unit.
Purpose: To conduct and coordinate all nursing activities on the assigned unit in a safe, timely and accurate manner in accordance with state and federal requirements and the policies and goals of this facility.
