Position Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in the comfort of their home, under the supervision of the Registered Nurse following the plan of care specific to each patient. While providing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll build relationships, improve quality of life of others and serve the elderly who are in need of support and care.
