Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practice and regulations and as directed by the Director of Nursing.
Assist in monitoring the inventory of medications, medical supplies and equipment to be sure adequate supplies of skin care products are on hand to meet the needs of residents.
Participate in educational programs for residents and their family members relative to skin care when a resident is being discharged to home.
Participate in Quality Improvement activities, as assigned.Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
