As an LPN at Tudor Oaks, you'll provide high-quality clinical care to our residents. You'll play a critical role in resident assessments, planning, interventions/evaluations, and assist in the development of care plans with the residents, their families, and staff; all while having the resident's best interest in mind to encourage maintaining their highest physical, mental and social well-being. • LPN starting pay $30/hr and up based on experience

What You Need:

• Graduate from an accredited school in the Licensed Practical Nurse program; current WI LPN license.
