Licensed Practical Nurse administers nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisor. Provides basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering medication, and collecting specimens. Being a Licensed Practical Nurse ensures the health, comfort and safety of patients by assisting with bathing, feeding, and dressing. Monitors and reports changes in patient's condition to supervisor. Additionally, Licensed Practical Nurse requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a registered nurse or supervisor. Requires graduation from approved LPN educational program. Requires a state license to practice. Licensed Practical Nurse's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Everyday is different for an LPN. Our Licensed Practical Nurses are offered a variety of shifts in local medical facilities. You will be responsible for providing quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations and policies.
Qualifications:

- Current LPN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the State of Arizona
- 1 year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the last 3 years in a supervised setting
- Current CPR card (live demonstration only)
- Negative TB/PPD or chest x-ray within the last 12 months
- Proof of current physical completed within the last the last 12 months
- Fingerprint clearance card
