Monitors and reports changes in patient's condition to supervisor. Additionally, Licensed Practical Nurse - Long-Term Care requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a registered nurse or supervisor. Requires graduation from approved LPN educational program. Requires a state license to practice. We are looking for a positive and self-motivated consulting dietitian. As a Crandall Dietitian, you will have the opportunity to work with senior living communities to enhance the resident’s food and nutrition experience. This involves auditing sanitation, meal service, staff development, and completing assessments on residents who have nutritional concerns. You will become a key member of the dietary team.
We are looking for dietitians to provide part-time services to Long Term Care Senior Living Communities. Hours are required are 24 per week.
