Job Summary:

The Licensed Nurse LPN will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients in a long term care facility. The ideal candidate will be an experienced career nurse with a passion for providing quality care to patients. This is a full time position with benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patient vital signs
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient care and progress in medical records
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of Indiana
• Minimum of 1 year experience in long term care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
