Monitors and reports changes in patient's condition to supervisor. Additionally, Licensed Practical Nurse - Long-Term Care requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a registered nurse or supervisor. Requires graduation from approved LPN educational program. Requires a state license to practice. Seeking outgoing and highly motivated certified pharmacy technician to work in the fast paced environment of Long Term Care.
Responsibilities include managing inventory, inputting orders, developing and implementing new procedures for new facilities, packaging prescriptions in various unit dose and multi-dose formulations, and interfacing with one or multiple homes as an assigned liaison/care coordinator.
Must be dependable, punctual, and enjoy the high-energy and constantly evolving work environment of long term care.

Shifts are 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm weekdays, and 9-1 Saturday (rotating schedule - usually one Saturday a month)
