Monitors and reports changes in patient's condition to supervisor. Additionally, Licensed Practical Nurse - Long-Term Care requires a high school diploma. The primary purpose of this position is to assist with the operations of the activities department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, established facility policies and procedures and as directed by the Activity Director.
