Licensed Practical Nurse - Long-Term Care jobs in Santa Rosa, CA
Licensed Practical Nurse - Long-Term Care administers nursing care in a long-term care environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisor. Provides basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering medication, and collecting specimens. Being a Licensed Practical Nurse - Long-Term Care ensures the health, comfort and safety of patients by assisting with bathing, feeding, and dressing. Monitors and reports changes in patient's condition to supervisor. Additionally, Licensed Practical Nurse - Long-Term Care requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a registered nurse or supervisor. Requires graduation from approved LPN educational program. Requires a state license to practice. Licensed Practical Nurse - Long-Term Care's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Certification and/or licensing in the position's specialty is the main requirement. This position is at a long term care pharmacy in Santa Rosa California near Memorial Hospital. We are looking for a California licensed pharmacy technician to fill and package medications.
As a closed door pharmacy, we don’t see customers or patients in person. That means the technician does not need to answer phones, give immunizations, handle insurance issues, type prescriptions, etc. You will mainly package medication orders and help with inventory control.
The shift we are hiring for is Monday through Friday between 9am to 6pm with a rotating Saturday 8am-12pm. Apply if interested.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
