Description:
Evaluate data collection and carry out plan of care and established goals
Responsible for maintaining patient flow by recognizing the different levels of acuity and their prioritization of care
Review diagnostic test results and follow up per physician orders
Reassess patients as their condition changes and notify the RN or physician of changes
Develop and carry out discharge plans
Document all care in the patient's medical record in a clear, concise, complete, and legible manner
Assist with upkeep of examination rooms as needed
Responsible for compliance with Hospital Policies and Procedures, as well as State, Federal and JCAHO standards
Education/Experience:
Current GA LPN License
Previous nursing/patient care experience preferred
