At Oak Park Place, Madison you will find that we offer a lot of support to our nursing staff. You will always have another nurse on with you no matter the shift. We have unit managers and PM supervisors to provide support. And we have a Manager on Duty 7 days a week to help with staffing or resident/family concerns. We want to make sure to set up our nurses for success as best as posible and believe giving you as much support as we can will help with that.
