Continuum has multiple openings for RN or LPN Private Duty Nurses to cover cases throughout Hampton, VA.

Case 1. Hampton 3-year-old male Trach, Vent, and G-tube patient in Hampton, VA. Availability Evenings and Weekends

Case 2. Hampton, VA 2-year-old female Trach, Vent, and G-tube Availability Thurs-Sun Overnights; Every OTHER (possibly EVERY) weekend day shift.

Case 3. Hampton, VA 16-year-old female G-tube Availability Mon-Fri Flexible shifts.

Requirements for our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):

• Valid VA Nursing License or compact state nursing license
• Successfully pass a background check
• American Heart Association approved CPR Certification
• Acceptable I-9 documents indicating eligibility to work in the United States
• Copy of current TB results or Chest X-ray, if available
• The ability to make independent nursing judgments with minimal supervision.
