1^st shift: 7a-3p

2nd shift: 3p-11p 

Job Summary:

We seek experienced LPNs to work in our LTC or Skilled Nursing Facility. LPNs will perform under the direct supervision of an RN. LPNs must be skilled in patient care and be kind and compassionate.

Qualifications:

·         Must have two years of experience

·         Must have an LPN for NYS

·         Experienced in an SNF/LTC environment (Preferred)

·         Must have a kind and compassionate demeanor

·         Must have a passion for serving the elderly population.

Competitive Benefits:

·         F/T Hourly rate  - $29.58 (Union Rate)

·         Per Diem  rate - $32.00 - $35.00
