Additionally, Licensed Practical Nurse - Occupational Health requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a registered nurse or supervisor. Responsible to the department Manager/Clinical Supervisor for overall nursing practice. In his/her absence is responsible to the Patient/Physician Liaison of the shift. Provides nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse and is responsible to her/him for the care assigned during the work shift.
Education:
1) High School education or equivalent.2) Completion of a licensed practical nurse degree program required.
Experience:
1) Previous LPN experience preferred.
