EDUCATION
Graduated from an accredited LPN program. Current license in the State of Connecticut.
EXPERIENCE
Prefer experience in a clinical procedural area. Must complete an approved medication course and forty (40) hours of supervised medication administration including medication verification, transcription of physician's prescriptions, preparation and administration of medications in accordance with department policy within one (1) year of employment with Y-NHH. Must also demonstrate competency in designated hospital and unit
PHYSICAL DEMAND
Requires prolonged standing; walking; use of sight, hearing and touch; and moving/lifting patients of varying weights; CPR.
Ability to work in a very fast paced multispecialty clinic/infusion center. 2 years of ambulatory experience. Proficient with EPIC.
