Licensed Practical Nurse - Outpatient Clinic jobs in Moline, IL

Covenant Physician Partners is looking for an Lead, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our quality team at Quad City Gastroenterology located in Moline, IL.

About the Opportunity

Our location is open Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays, and the hours for this role will be 8a.m. to 6p.m. with a 30 minute lunch. This role is for a lead that will work directly with the provider. Must be comfortable with weekly travel between Iowa and Illinois. 

Under general direction from Center Manager, the Licensed Practical Nurse provides professional nursing care through assessment, planning, treatment and evaluation of the patient. The Licensed Practical/Vocational nurse is responsible for delivering safe, knowledgeable, compassionate, educative and individualized nursing care to patients and families.

About the Candidate

• Holds a current LPN/LVN license in the state of Iowa and Illionois is required.
• Current certification in CPR and, depending on Center policy, ACLS
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
  • Critical Care, E.R., or recovery experience is strongly prefered.
