May be responsible for patient triage. Additionally, Licensed Practical Nurse - Outpatient Clinic requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a registered nurse or supervisor. Job Summary for LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Nurse Connection Staffing is currently seeking Syracuse based licensed LPNs to fill 8 to 13 week contracts supplemental staffing needs for business partners throughout Central New York. The ideal candidate will hold a valid NYS Licensed Practical Nurse License and have 1 year of full-time experience working in Long Term Care or Assisted Living setting within the past 3 years.
Qualifications / Requirements of the LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
- Must hold a valid NYS Licensed Practical Nurse License and CPR Certification
- Long Term Care / Assisted Living assignments will require having 1 year of full-time experience working in LTC setting within the past 3 years.
- To work as a Licensed Practical Nurse in one of our specialty areas you must meet client/site specific requirements.
- Current medical documentation to include physical and PPD within the past year and proof of MMRs (immunizations or Titers)
