Responsibilities

This position is responsible for assisting the Licensing team with all stages of the licensed product approval process from concept through production. This will include taking photographs of products, compiling the photos into PowerPoints, and packaging and shipping product samples to licensors, as well as submitting products to licensors for approval via online portals, communicating any licensor-requested revisions, and assisting internal teams with obtaining style guides, assets, and brand guidelines from licensors.

• Taking photographs of product samples, organizing those photos into PowerPoints, and then boxing and shipping the samples to licensors
• Compile line lists and PowerPoints to document the details of contractual product submissions
• Work cross functionally with internal teams on the licensing process
• Assist licensing team with miscellaneous administrative projects as needed

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and MS Office programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift over 35 lbs
