Performs routine clerical duties, such as filing forms and other records from licensed agents and applicants according to an established system. Being a Licensing Clerk updates database, inputs data as required. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Licensing Clerk typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Licensing Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. As Program Manager of Licensing and Family Preservation, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing the administration and management of the assigned program, supporting the goals and objectives of the program to ensure needs of program participants are met. This individual will also be responsible for both Licensing and Family Preservation program compliance as it relates to the professional standards, contractual regulations, regulatory and agency standards. This position is expected to function effectively with limited supervision while following the guidelines given on procedures, along with agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements.
