Licensing Clerk assists in maintaining records, compiling information, and submitting forms necessary for agent licensing. Performs routine clerical duties, such as filing forms and other records from licensed agents and applicants according to an established system. Being a Licensing Clerk updates database, inputs data as required. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Licensing Clerk typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Licensing Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:15pm
Saturday 9:45am - 2:15pm
Previous Licensing experience is strongly desired, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Growth and leadership opportunities after completion of training and certification (usually around 18 months until certification)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Energetic and outgoing with previous customer service experience.
2. Detail oriented
3. A quick learner with a high aptitude for complex transactions.
4. Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
5. Professional appearance.
6. Able to type 50 WPM
7. Ability to pass a WSP Background check
9. Must be flexible with work schedule as it subject to change.
