Licensing Specialist jobs in Fort Worth, TX

Hand to Hand is looking for an experienced Licensing/Credentialing Specialist! We are looking for someone who is a fast learner, quick on their feet, and a great team player.

A Licensing/Credentialing Specialist is responsible for submitting initial applications, following up on application submissions, and ongoing maintenance of all Hand to Hand Homecare and Transportation licenses, contracts, & partners. The day-to-day work of a Licensing/Credentialing Specialist includes but is not limited to:

• Fulfill all legal requirements with State and Federal agencies to include licensure for all established and new locations and updates to current registrations
• Initial credentialing and maintenance of all government contracts to include medicaid
• Communicate and act as a liaison for any inquiries related to licensure issues
• Maintain a database of license & registration expiration dates for renewals
• Strict confidentiality of all client and agency information
• Answering phones and directing calls, assisting with clerical office duties, & performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
