Linkage Specialist
( full-time in Harlingen)
Job Description:
- Conduct linkage and retention activities to improve participant outcomes and enroll eligible participants into the program
- Participates in at least one community advisory board, committee or local work group designated to improving the lives of the target population.
- Distribution of community and individual level risk-reduction education, tools and materials targeting people who use or misuse substances
Requirements:
- Certified recovery coach, or certified community health worker, or has lived experience in parenting and recovery
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
- Must have current TX driver’s license with current liability insurance, and reliable transportation
