Job Summary:

The Compliance and Licensing Associate is responsible for administering clinic-licensing applications and maintaining licensing data for the organization. In addition, the Compliance and Licensing Associate will be responsible in retrieving and managing the verification of documentation as related to compliance and licensing for the organization. This role will provide administrative support to the Director of Compliance, as related to policy management, research, and compliance related projects. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Administer all clinic license applications as listed below:
  • State: NH, ME, MA facility licenses 
  • CLIA: Certificate of Waivers for NH, ME, MA 
  • UCAOA: Urgent Care Association of America Accreditation 
  • MCSR: Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registrations 

• Retrieve, verify and maintain all necessary supporting licensing documents. 
• Maintain compliance data to meet all State and Federal compliance guidelines.
• Become subject matter expert in licensing to support leadership and management teams, by learning each application process for both new clinic and renewals. 
• Provide support as related to policy management related to operations and compliance. 
• Support research based compliance and licensing projects as assigned. 
• Support audits as related to compliance and licensing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

•               Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent experience preferred. 

•               Two years of related experience preferred.

Physical Requirements: 

•              Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

•              Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
