The Life Enrichment Partner will be responsible for planning and facilitating activities that enhance the emotional, social, and physical well-being of our residents. This role involves creating engaging programs and events that promote a sense of community and overall quality of life.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to plan and execute creative and engaging activities.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement a variety of programs and activities to meet the diverse interests and needs of residents.
- Coordinate outings, events, and group activities.

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure residents’ needs are met effectively.
