Life Underwriting Director directs and oversees the life insurance underwriting program for individuals and/or groups. Responsible for ensuring integrity of underwriting activities and processes. Being a Life Underwriting Director provides coaching to underwriters and assists on more complex applications. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Additionally, Life Underwriting Director typically requires Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) certification or Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation. Typically reports to top management. The Life Underwriting Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. LIFE ENRICHMENT DIRECTOR
Job Summary:
Responsibility of enriching the lives of our residents.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am- 5pm or otherwise dictated by the work. Weekends and Nights are required when necessary for business needs
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Reflects the Baldwin House Senior Living Core Values, Vision, and Commitment to the Mission in the performance of duties.
· Ensures the highest quality of customer service is available for our residents.
· Perform welcome orientation with new residents
· Prepares monthly lifestyle newsletter using current program/software
· Use of iPad to enrich the lives of our residents
· Responsible for department petty cash and/or credit card, keeping a record of all cash receipts, expenditures and balancing monthly
· Responsible for communicating with weekend manager for all pertinent information and schedule of weekend activities
· Represent Baldwin House professionally in all community events
· Designs and completes the main activity board
· Responsible to update seasonal/holiday decorations throughout the building
· Schedule and provide transportation for both group events and personal appointments
· Create and maintain outing signup sheets
· Establishes, recruits, and oversees volunteer program
· Responsible to be knowledgeable and successful using the BILD sales system
· Notifies Executive Director of emergency situations
· Communicates with the Executive Director/Maintenance Director any required maintenance or repair of building vehicle
· Maintain CDL license
· Other duties as assigned by Executive Director

· Prolonged periods standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
