Role Overview:
As a Residential Director at ALSO, you will play a pivotal role in leading our 24-hour residential services department. You will have the opportunity to develop extraordinary leaders, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the delivery of high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities. This position offers a unique blend of leadership, collaboration, and advocacy, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.
Lead and mentor a diverse team of advocates to deliver person-driven support services that promote independence, dignity, and inclusion.
Collaborate with executive leadership to set departmental strategy in alignment with ALSO's mission and values.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Monitor fiscal health and regulatory compliance of departmental programs to ensure sustainability and quality of services.
Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders, including individuals receiving services, families, community members, and government organizations.
Lead communication and change management initiatives to keep advocates informed and engaged.
Proactively plan for staffing needs and talent development to maintain program safety and quality standards.
