Mid-Columbia Young Life is looking for someone to combine efforts toward ministry in Connell and Othello, WA. These two communities have a diverse history of Young Life ministry that has focused on the communities multi-ethnic, small farming community students. Helpful understanding of smaller communities and being bilingual are helpful bonus skills the area is looking for.

Responsibilities:

• The position would be asked to raise up leadership through discipleship to grow community involvement which shows a leadership team that represents the community.
• Starting with one community and then expanding into the next by developing relationships to grow the awareness and develop the team as it happens.
• Engage relationships on the local high school to grow leaders and students to equip them to speak and live out the Gospel in the community.
• Help the local committee raise the budget for the area with local and personal support.

• Active, passionate relationship with Jesus and His Church
• Community builder
• A willing desire to engage with others in development and community growth
• Visionary- future oriented with the ability to mitigate the gaps to accomplish the mission
• Drive - is a doer and self-starter
