$120,000 - $190,000 yearly

• As a New York Life Partner, your responsibilities include the successful hiring and development of a team of salespeople/agents
• Unlike other firms in the industry, New York Life Field Managers do not have any personal production requirements. This allows them to keep their focus on being able to recruit, develop and mentor a team of financial professionals
• Help your agents grow their financial practice alongside yours
• We provide tremendous training resources to help you build your business on an ongoing basis

• MBA completion required to be considered
• Life and Health License required (willing to help obtain)
• Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 preferred (willing to help obtain)
• Previous experience in the Financial Services industry required
• Previous sales experience required
• Previously managed a team of individuals required
• Knowledge of cultural markets is a plus
• Bilingual/Trilingual preferred
• College Degree required
