Good Life Seeds is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Position Overview: The purpose of this role is to provide customer service and administrative assistance ensuring efficient operation of the office through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material for the office. Must be a team player who is self-motivated, detailed oriented, with strong organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• · Enter information into Quickbooks
• · Apply payments to accounts in a timely manner
• · Prepare customer invoices; reconcile customer accounts, etc.
• · Actively communicate with customers to adjust billing, answer questions, etc.
• · Research problem invoices; interface with vendors, customer service team, and other appropriate staff to reconcile
• · Maintain and update bookkeeping and accounting logs
• · Polished Microsoft Office Skills including Excel and One Note
• · Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls
• · Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, typing, and mailing
• · Assist with special projects as needed
• · Assist in onboarding of new employees
• · Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts
• · Proficient computer skills
• · Maintain a safe and clean reception area
• · Acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• · Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• · Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities, with enthusiasm

Education:

• High School Diploma, two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Agricultural experience preferred but not required.
