Juicing Life Bar Llc in Newport News, VA is looking for one store manager to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 706 Town Center Dr. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable.

BShift Lead $15 – 6 Months within the company, 32/40 hrs

• Consume all the roles of the previous tiers
• Act as the final safety and quality checkpoint on both lines and discard anything that does not meet our standards. ***
• Lead the shift when you're the senior manager on duty.
• Must be in Juicing LIFE apparel Only and Or Chef apparel – All Times
• Verify That ALL Checklist is completed and initialed
• Ensure both lines' cleanliness and that the food, pans, and utensils on both cues are appetizing.

*Advising team members. *Motivating and inspiring team members. - helping employees grow. *Keep Deadlines for Daily Inventory Precise and on time. *Little/No non-emergency callouts *Thoroughly know the recipe guides and can handle and direct them in significant rush times.

Shift Lead Tier2/Kitchen Manager $16 - 1.5/2 Years Months within the company Full Time / 4 Years’ experience or pass interview.

• Consume all the roles of the previous TIERs.
• Must be in Juicing LIFE apparel Only and Or Chef apparel – All Times
• Ensure someone is always assigned dining room responsibilities during peak and trained appropriately.
• Seniority when the Manager is absent
• Set specific and realistic goals throughout the shift and follow up on them/approved by a manager.
• Led team to prep/cook the right amount of food for sales

o Make sure foods never run out

o Minimize waste by not over-prepping/over-ordering food.

o Take account of critical inventory – DEADLINES

• Ensure the safety of all food

o Act as a food safety leader in the morning/second shift

o Verify safety procedure

o Ensure no one is working ill and proper handwashing and attire are occurring throughout the shift.

o Check hot/cold temps.

• Taste food critically for JuiceLIFE flavor and texture, and freshness
• Take ownership of BOH facilities

o Clean/maintain all kitchen equipment according to trained procedures and checklist/calendar dates

o Keep the BOH tidy, neat, and organized

o Submit repair tickets

• Address customer needs, comments, and complaint

Management $18 - 2yr in Juicing LIFE or 4yr experience in the field Evaluated quarterly with bonus – 7 Day PTO

• Consume all the roles of the previous Crew/Shift Tiers
• Must be in Juicing LIFE apparel Only and Or Chef apparel – All Times
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
• Onboarded and started New Hires quickly and effectivity as possible

o Make sure all New Hires and employees complete the checklist

• Ensure all Restaurant systems are being used to deliver food, feel, flow

o ALL Logs – Daily on a timely basis

o POS – Delivery Tablets

o Stringent Juicing LIFE Recipes Guidelines are to be ensured by all

o Inventory – make a note of any price rising

o Homebase scheduling

o Clover Reporting

o JuiceLIFE Emails – obtain Company Email- @JuicingLIFEBar

• Store Inventory
• Host Small/Store meetings
• Produce consistent store sales within the store projected number.
• Hire and maintain labor within store percentage approved by Owner/GM

o Take disciplinary actions for Unsatisfactory job performance is the work-related performance that fails to satisfactorily meet job requirements specified in the employee’s job description or work plan or as directed by the employee’s supervisor.

• Maintain Store cash and register logs - Oversee cash handling policies and procedures.

o Complete count – Produce a Claim if the count does not match the register

o Printed Receipts and dated drop envelopes per register

• Create Specials and Marketing tasks approved by the Owner/GM
• Can adequately create a schedule that is most proficient in sales, task, and labor cost
• Read reports and inventory percentage
• 40 hours weekly
• No schedule limitations within reasons have to ability to fill with missing personnel
• Communicate with crew and managers and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
• Celebrate with the team when goals are met or exceeded. – within the approved budget
• Talk as a team after each peak to discuss things we can do better to improve throughput.
• keeps the employee's personal/employment confidential (Pay, etc.)
• Maintain Company Credit card
• Maintain FOH/BOH house equipment

o Submit repair tickets – communicate with GM/Owner

o Note all cosmetic defects – paint, cleaning, wear and tear

o Abnormal defects in the building

• Main Principles - planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling
• This position will require an NDA Signature
• MIN YEAR with a 90-day ending contract - Can step down to shift lead
• Travel to all locations

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $18.00/hour.
