Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with both customers and team members. Duties: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members - Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards - Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement - Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner - Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management - Implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue targets - Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to achieve department goals Skills: - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in budgeting and financial management - Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate pricing and inventory management - Exceptional organizational skills to maintain a well-run operation - Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using technology such as POS systems and inventory management software - Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns or operational issues promptly We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive work environment.
