SUMMARY OF POSITION :
Directly supervise, lead and coordinate the daily activities of all Life Lion scheduled clinical services and Communication Center operations. Assists with management decisions and activities. This includes clinical operations for MSHMC discharge patient transports.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.

3 years of related experience required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

Ability to assess and reallocate resources to meet the needs of the service.

Strong leadership and decisive decision making.

Industry clinical knowledge of all levels of prehospital services.

Communication skills both as leader and peer to coordinate efforts.

Some budget and financial knowledge.
