Light Assembler jobs in Bridgeport, CT

Working on Assembly in the Molding area 1st shift : 7am to 3 : 30pm M-F

Responsible for the assembly of a wide variety of assemblies and subassemblies to produce a quality product for our customer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Operates equipment in a safe manner.
• Participates in Level 3 activities such as scrap and rework elimination projects along with various other events.
• to accurately assemble equipment and products
• Perform microscope inspection on assembled parts
• Maintain inventory of product in work stations
• Perform quality work checks to insure the product meets quality standards
• Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified
• Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
