Light Assembler assembles fabricated parts of small or light subassemblies and completes units. Fits, tests, and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. Being a Light Assembler identifies and sorts units that fail quality standards. May disassemble units to repair or refit parts as necessary. Additionally, Light Assembler operates hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing assembly line equipment to assemble units. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Light Assembler works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. DESCRIPTION
Light Counseling is seeking individuals pursuing Virginia State Licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW (Resident in Counseling, Resident in Marriage & Family Therapy, Supervisee in Clinical Social Work). Resident Counselors practice under the direct supervision of an approved licensed mental health clinician and will assist individuals, groups, and families through the counseling relationship by working through their presenting problems, defining their counseling goals, and developing action plans to resolve life’s challenges. Resident Counselors are part of an integrated team of administrative and clinical peers who provide professional, and confidential services with a distinctively Christian approach. LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY:
