Job Summary:
As a Line Cook at Mohican Lodge in Perrysville, Ohio, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of food is being served to our guests. You will work closely with the culinary team to prepare and cook meals in a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment. The Line Cook position is a full-time or part time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary of $18 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and menu specifications
- Ensure timely and efficient food preparation to meet guest orders and uphold service standards
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to maintain quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and kitchen area
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to troubleshoot any issues and maintain a smooth operation
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Continuously strive to improve culinary skills and knowledge by attending training and workshops
- Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards set by the company and local health regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must have or be willing to obtain a food handler's permit and other necessary certifications as required by the company
