Seeking a creative and energetic Cook for our team! A strong work ethic is a must in our team environment. This is an entry level position with much opportunity for growth. Wage will be based on experience. Applicants should have 2 plus years of experience in a kitchen. Farm to table experience is a plus, and cooks must be effective with time management and work efficiently. Duties will include food preparation of our menu items, dinner service on hot and cold stations, as well as order check in, inventory rotation, proper handling of product, and general sanitation. This is a part time position, available immediately, with room to grow into full time. We are looking for passionate cooks who want to grow with us.

Beneficial, but not mandatory skills/requirements:

- Associates Degree or higher in Culinary Arts

- Minimum 2 years kitchen experience, with time on a hot line

- Knowledge of farm to table cuisine and local food systems

- Strong knife skills
