Coordinates with other line cooks to ensure meals are delivered consistently and on time. Additionally, Line Cook is responsible for operating and maintaining a single workstation. May prepare sauces or garnishes. Follows all applicable guidelines and regulations for food handling and safety. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a sous chef or executive chef. The Line Cook works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Seeking a creative and energetic Cook for our team! A strong work ethic is a must in our team environment. This is an entry level position with much opportunity for growth. Wage will be based on experience. Applicants should have 2 plus years of experience in a kitchen. Farm to table experience is a plus, and cooks must be effective with time management and work efficiently. Duties will include food preparation of our menu items, dinner service on hot and cold stations, as well as order check in, inventory rotation, proper handling of product, and general sanitation. This is a part time position, available immediately, with room to grow into full time. We are looking for passionate cooks who want to grow with us.
