Delta Equipment Enterprises is currently seeking experienced OSP Linemen to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working with copper and fiber installations in Outside Plant (OSP) environments. As an OSP Lineman, you will be responsible for installing and configuring all components necessary for OSP infrastructure, including fiber, manholes, ducts, building entries, trenching, digging, and external cabling.

**Responsibilities:**

- Install and configure all OSP components in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Test all cables and components and provide recorded test results, ensuring adherence to accepted industry standards.

- Maintain accurate records of all test results in the Approved Information System (AIS) within three (3) days of occurrence.

- Ensure that electrical and communications cables, conduits, and circuits are installed in accordance with the National Electric Code (NEC).

- Clearly label each end of every individual cable according to floor plans or engineering drawings.

- Provide and place durable and legible cable tags (labels) for easy identification.

- Submit proposals for any deviations to the specific installation specification to the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for approval within specified timelines.

- Ensure that aerial cabling is only utilized in accordance with Government-approved site exceptions and installed and tested according to accepted industry standards.

- Update as-built drawings in the AIS (CIPS) within three (3) days of any changes occurring.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an OSP Lineman with proficiency in both copper and fiber installations.

- Strong knowledge of OSP installation and configuration procedures.

- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, particularly the National Electric Code (NEC).

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Effective communication skills.

- Certification in OSP installation or related field is a plus.
