- Betreuung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Webhosting- und E-Mail-Systemlandschaft für die Kunden
- Installation und Anpassung von Linux-Servern
- Verwaltung und Überwachung der vielfältigen IT-Systemlandschaften
- Planung und Ausführung notwendiger Wartungsarbeiten an den IT-Systemlandschaften
- Eigenständige Analyse unbekannter Probleme sowie Durchführung von Post-Mortem-Analysen in Zusammenarbeit mit Teamkollegen
- Entwicklung eigener Skripte
- Betreuung des Ticket-Supports im 2nd-Level
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Fachinformatik oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Kenntnisse in Ansible, Salt, Zabbix und LAMP
- Vertrautheit mit dem Scripting in Sprachen wie Bash, PHP, Python oder Perl
- Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sichere Englischkenntnisse, um den internationalen Kundenstamm optimal bedienen zu können
- Selbstständige, analytische und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Flexibilität in Bezug auf Schichtarbeit (Montag bis Freitag von 7:00 bis 22:00 Uhr) und Rufbereitschaften (alle 6 bis 8 Wochen)
