Optimum RV is looking for a qualified Warranty Administrator with Tag & Titling experience to help set up and grow this new dealership location!
Summary:
The warranty administrator is responsible for communicating with manufacturers, securing replacement parts and repairs for defective merchandise. This position will handle the shipment of defective parts, arranges for the delivery of replacements or receipt of credit, keeping an accounting of transactions, and handle all warranty requests in compliance with both company standards and legal requirements. This position will also process vehicle titles using the respective states/agencies guidelines in a timely and accurate manner to assure a high level of customer satisfaction and keep the dealership running smoothly. We are a high-volume dealership, so strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are of the utmost importance.
