We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining efficient office procedures, managing administrative staff, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office environment. Additionally, the Office Manager will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possess basic bookkeeping knowledge to support financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and office assistants.
• Oversee daily office operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate office activities and events, including meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
• Assist in bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking.
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
