Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Warranty Administrator to join our team. The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with warranty policies, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Process warranty claims and ensure accurate documentation
- Processing warranty claims within the vendor guidelines
- Coordinate warranty repairs with service advisors- Work closely with the Service and Parts departments
- Maintain warranty records and documentation/Maintain warranty schedules
- Assist in resolving warranty-related issues and disputes/Follow up on rejected claims
- Collaborate with the sales and service departments to streamline warranty processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Detail oriented, Well organized, Self-Motivated
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of automotive or equipment warranties is a plus
