Additionally, Litigation Docket Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Litigation Docket Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Litigation Docket Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. How you will make an impact?
The Litigation Paralegal assists the attorney in all aspects of case management, from case inception to settlement or trial. The incumbent will assist attorney(s) by providing clerical and research support services including document preparation and review; interviewing clients and witnesses; research, investigations, and fact checking; and trial preparation. It is expressly understood and practiced that all duties associated with this position are performed under the direct supervision of his or her assigned attorney(s) and immediate supervisor.
