Litigation Docket Manager oversees the team responsible for tracking the organization's docket files and records. Ensures records and deadlines are properly and timely entered into the calendar. Being a Litigation Docket Manager generates reports detailing action items and due dates. Monitors deadlines and works with attorneys to resolve scheduling conflicts. Additionally, Litigation Docket Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Litigation Docket Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Litigation Docket Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. As an Assistant Manager at Panera Bread you would be responsible for providing outstanding leadership to your team. You must maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and facility management. You will assist the General Manager with daily operating procedures, such as maintaining cafe operations, ensuring product quality, maximizing financial contributions, and supervising the development of the Shift Supervisors and hourly cafe team members.

Hourly Assistant Manager Compensation Range: $19.00 per hour - $28.34 per hour ; Plus Monthly Profit
Additional Benefits: You will begin accruing vacation time upon hire at a rate of 3.4615 hours per pay period, capped at 90 hours of vacation per year. This job is also eligible for profit share bonuses.
Physical Standards: Ability to stand and exert mobility in a fast-pace environment for up to ten (10) hours in length; frequent reaching, bending, squatting and stooping; ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively
