Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. As a Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our attorneys in various legal matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and research skills who is interested in pursuing a career in the legal field. Responsibilities: - Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases - Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as briefs, contracts, and pleadings - Organize and maintain legal files and documents - Prepare and file court documents - Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings - Interview clients and witnesses to gather necessary information - Assist with document review and discovery processes - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and other trial materials Experience: - Previous experience as a Paralegal or similar role preferred - Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures - Proficient in conducting legal research using various resources - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team - Proficient in using computer software for word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations Note: All positions at our company are paid positions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• No nights
• No weekends

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

License/Certification:

• Paralegal Certificate (Required)
